Fees are due as specified in the SOW. The client is responsible for all third-party software, hosting, or domain costs. Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and approvals.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential. This includes strategies, performance metrics, and business data.

4. Disclaimers

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the service fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.
